Terms and Conditions 

Pricing: All rates are per person based on double occupancy, subject to availability at the time of booking,  and may increase without notice. Non discountable fees are included in pricing unless otherwise stated.  Airfare, transfers, GST are additional unless otherwise stated. An administration fee is included in each  tour package which is non refundable should the tout be cancelled. In the event of a pricing error, or any  other misrepresentation or omission, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing or make other corrections. 

Payment: The initial deposit (if applicable) will be advised in your confirmation email. Payment of tour fees is due one month prior to departure. We prefer payment by internet banking to the account specified in  your confirmation email. For payment by credit card please contact us for amended pricing. 

Documentation and Health: It is your responsibility to determine and provide proper identification (driver’s License or passport), and inoculation (covid vaccination) for your trip. An emergency contact form is also required prior to departing on the tour. We ask all guests are fully vaccinated and boosted. 

Cancellation Policies and Fees: Unless otherwise specified in our confirmation email, or subsequently advised you, if you cancel the tour, the following cancellation fees apply. 

  • Prior to 21 days before the tour starts – full refund including the deposit.
  • Within 21 days of the tour starting – No refund is payable. 

Up until the tour departs, if the tour is affected by government restrictions imposed as result of covid – 19,  we will endeavour to alter accordingly so that the tour can proceed. If travel is not possible (in our  opinion)we will either offer you an alternative tour (subject to availability) or full refund, less an administration fee of $100.00 per person. 

We reserve the right to cancel any tour and make a full refund of the tour price. If after departure you do  not utilise the tour arrangements, no refund will be made. 

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended: The purchase of optional travel insurance that protects you against potential losses is highly recommended. It can be purchased by various suppliers at the time of travel arrangement are made. Review the coverage carefully. It is your responsibility to purchase coverage directly from the travel insurer directly. 

Travel Documents: You will receive travel documents approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the departure date. When you receive your tickets and any and all documents, it is the responsibility of the passenger named to review and verify all information. Contact us immediately if changes or corrections are required. 

Liability: We take all possible care to ensure that suppliers to our tours maintain a high standard, however we are not responsible or liable for any negligent acts or defaults of suppliers or anyone else not under our  control. 

We are not liable for loss or damage to your personal property or any other loss or damages outside our reasonable control. 

Governing Law: Any claims or disputes in connection with our services to you will be governed by the laws of New Zealand. 

Acceptance of terms: Payment of the deposit (if applicable) or the tour fees is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or alter these terms at any time by posting the  

updated terms on our website.
